A Note Regarding Use of Images and Video by Claroty:

Claroty reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the Claroty Nexus ‘26 Conference (the "Event"), without the express written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Claroty may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Claroty including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending the Event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and contact Kelley Hill at kelley.r@claroty.com to notify of his/her intentions and include a photograph.

Claroty will solely use the photo for identification purposes prior to creating any marketing content related to the Event or promotion of subsequent events and will delete the photo when no longer necessary.

By participating in the Event or by failing to notify Claroty of your desire to not have your photograph used by Claroty, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Claroty from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with Claroty may not use, copy, alter or modify Claroty photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Claroty.
